Order Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.

Shipping Cost and Time

At the moment we only ship to the UK but watch this space as I aim to be a worldwide supplier. Our shipping cost is just £4.00 per order, not per item.

 

After your purchase, we will be responsible for the taxes and fees incurred during the shipping of the item.

Shipping Carriers


We partner with leading reliable carriers such as DHL, Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS to ensure timely delivery. Rest assured, we'll select the most suitable carrier for your order.


Estimated Delivery Times
Receiving time = Processing time(3-5 days) +Shipping time(4-9 days)
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
